Bounchingbello Bouncers Waiver

I ______________________________ am renting the bouncer/cotton candy machine from Bounchingbello Bouncers on ______________________ from _________ to _________.

Our responsibilities

-Deliver and pick up bouncer.
-Provide everything works and no leaks
-Go around with renter to make sure everything is in working order
-Provide a attendant to monitor kids and bouncer for an additional cost
-Provide kids will have fun!

Renters responsibility

Make sure
-no shoes, glasses jewelry allowed in bouncer to avoid injury
-no food or drinks in bouncer
-customer agrees to a $25 clean-up fee if bouncer is excessively dirty on pickup (candy, food, drinks, puke)
-no toys or sharp items in bouncer
-no kids playing on the mesh netting as it could break
-no climbing on the outside of the bouncer
-max of 8 of kids at one time
-provide their own attendant to monitor kids at play or request us to provide one for a fee
-attendant must only allow 8 kids at one time


As a renter I ______________________________ am liable of anything that happens to the kids during the rental period. Bounchingbello Bouncers is not responsible for any injuries incurred while using the bouncer/equipment. I take FULL responsibility for any accidents or any injuries that incur while using the bouncer/equipment.


If the inflatable equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair the renter agrees to pay $4000.00 (four thousand dollars and 0 cents).

If the cotton candy machine is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair the renter agrees to pay $600.00 (six hundred dollars and 0 cents).

If there are any issues with the pump or bouncer I am to contact Jeff (204-990-5923) or Alfredo (204-229-8165) as soon as possible to get it straightened out.
