We can't predict the weather so we understand if you have to cancel due to a bleak or dreary forecast. If you cancel 48 hours prior to your event, your deposit will refunded in full. If it's less than 48 hours your deposit will instead be credited towards a rental at a future date within a year of the original booking. We ask that you cancel or reschedule as soon as possible so the bouncer is free to be reserved by another customer. Once we have arrived at your event we require full payment regardless of use or setup.

If winds exceed 20 mph, you hear thunder or see lightning or it begins to rain please have all children exit the bouncer. Once the bouncer is clear, unplug the blower and bring it inside or place it somewhere it is dry and won't get wet and wait till the weather returns to normal. With the weather stable, you can reattach the blower to the bouncer to re-inflate. Once the bouncer has been fully inflated, please inspect the inside to see if it is wet. The surface is quite slippery when wet so if you notice water inside, please dry it of with towels before allowing the children to re-enter. We want the kids to get back to having fun too but always remember, safety first!
